How do I change the inventory of my tickets?

For a Ticketed Event, you can change the inventory of the tickets on the Event Sales History. Click the link to View Breakdown. You can adjust inventory by each variant of date and ticket type.

Changing ticket inventory

1. From the toolbar select Fundraisers, then select All Campaigns.

2. Click on the name of the fundraiser or click the three dots, and select Event Sales History.

3. In the top section, click View Breakdown.

4. This table lists each ticket type available for each date. To adjust the inventory, click the three dots and select Edit Inventory.

5. Enter the adjustment amount. For example, if you want to change inventory from 100 to 90, enter -10.

6. To review the inventory history, click the three dots next to the ticket and select View Inventory History.

7. From here you can view all changes to the inventory, automatic adjustments from purchases and manual adjustments.
