Can I customize my store receipt?

If you want to customize the receipt your shopper receives from your Givebacks store, you can do so in your store settings. Go to My Organizations, then Info & Settings, and Custom Receipt Settings.

1. From the toolbar, select My Organization > Info & Settings > scroll to the Custom Receipt Settings section.

2. Check the box labeled Enable custom messages on receipts.

3. Enter your custom message.

4. Click Save Changes.
