How do I customize the dashboard widgets?

The dashboard on the home page can be personalized by selecting widgets from the widget library. This allows you to prioritize the information and tools most relevant to you.

Selecting and Arranging Your Widgets

  1. To customize the dashboard, click the Customize Dashboard button and select Add or Remove Widgets.

  2. Scroll through the list of widgets and click the checkbox for each widget you want displayed on your dashboard. Click Save Changes.

  3. Click the Customize Dashboard button and select Reorder Widgets.

  4. Drag and drop the widgets to place them in the desired location. Click Save Widget Layout.

  5. To remove a widget, click the three dots in the upper right corner of the widget and select Remove Widget.

Widget Library

Choose from a variety of widgets to customize your dashboard. Click Customize Widget, then Add or Remove Widgets to see a sample of each widget.

  • Open Tasks - Provides a centralized list of pending tasks that require action. It ensures task visibility and allows users to access the task directly.

  • Quick Links - Allows users to pin frequently used pages. Click Edit Links to customize and re-order the links.

  • Total Revenue from Givebacks - Provides a real-time view of gross revenues across different revenue streams within the organization. It allows admins to compare current and prior-year revenues, filter by revenue type, and visualize trends through a bar chart.

  • Upcoming Events - Displays a list of the next 10 upcoming events, sorted from the nearest to the latest. You can navigate to individual event details or access the full calendar.

  • Recent Payouts - Lists the most recent payouts, including the amount and status.

  • Contact Activity - Displays the total number of contacts and a snapshot of supporter engagement across various activities, allowing for the assessment of participation trends.

  • My Submissions - Provides a list of submitted compliance forms, along with their statuses, and allows users to view and manage their submissions.

  • Top Products - This widget provides a quick overview of the most popular products or memberships being sold in the online store. Allows admins to take quick actions, including editing the product, copying a QR code, and viewing order history.

  • Product Fulfillment - Provides a list of products with pending fulfillment, allowing admins to take immediate action. It lists products with at least one unfulfilled order, sorted by the most recent purchase date. Clicking on a product takes the admin to the Ordered Items page, with the appropriate filters already applied.

  • Member Count - Displays real-time membership statistics, including a total number of members and a count by member type. It includes a pie chart and a percentage comparison to the prior year.
