Districts and district schools have a ticket dashboard to view and manage their ticketed events. The district view includes tickets across all schools.
Accessing the ticketed events dashboard
To view the dashboard, select Ticketed Events from the toolbar and select Tickets Dashboard.
Summary
The summary provides a quick glance at ticket metrics and displays the following:
Upcoming Event Dates: A list of upcoming event dates for all published campaigns.
Total Tickets Sold: The number of tickets sold within the fiscal year (July 1 - June 30).
Total Revenue This Year: The total revenue from ticket sales within the fiscal year (July 1 β June 30).
Event Calendar
The Event Calendar tab shows all upcoming events in a table with key information and metrics. The page defaults to show active, published campaigns for the next three months, but you can use the filter to adjust the settings.
Click the event name to navigate directly to the sales page and quickly view performance metrics for a specific event date without additional searching.
Events
The Events tab lists all active events, including status, dates, and a quick link to the event sales page. Clicking the three dots next to the event allows you to edit the event, check in attendees, view sales history, and view event links.
