How do school admins approve compliance forms?

School admin users can review compliance form submissions and either approve them or send them back for changes. You can access forms that need your attention in two ways—through the approval email notification or by logging in and going to the Compliance area in Givebacks.

Open forms that need your review

  1. If you receive an email titled A submission is ready for your approval, open the email and click the here link to go straight to the submission that needs review.

  2. If you are already logged in to Givebacks, go to Compliance, then select View Submissions.

  3. On the Manage Forms page, look for a number in the Awaiting Review column. That number shows how many submissions are waiting for your review. Select the number to open the list of forms that need your attention.

Good to know: The form history at the bottom of the page shows who submitted the form and where it is in the approval process.

Reject a compliance form and send it back for changes

  2. Enter a note explaining what needs to be updated, then select Reject to send the form back to the submitter.

Note: When you reject a form, the submitter is notified that changes are needed. They can update the form and resubmit it for review.
