Users can manage their directory visibility through the Givebacks app. Organizations must first turn on the directory, and then users can opt in and choose whether or not to show their email address and phone number.
Managing directory visibility
Open your Givebacks account and go to Account, then Directory Settings.
Choose the organization you want to manage and turn on Visible in directory.
They can also choose whether to show your email address and phone number.
These fields are off by default.
You must enable them if you want other Directory users to see them.
After making changes, they should click Save Changes.
