How to download the Mobile Extension

Ready to download the mobile extension so you can earn cashback when your shop on your phone? Follow the steps below.

1. Make sure you have the Givebacks App. You’ll need the app in order to use the mobile browser extension. If you do not have the app, please follow these steps to download it.

2. Go to the Givebacks app, sign in, and click “Get Extension” at the top of the screen.

3. This should take you to a page that looks like this: 

Follow the instructions on the page to enable the extension. Note: You’ll need to give the extension permission to read webpages so that we can alert you when you are on a Givebacks-eligible site. 

Congratulations! You have now enabled the Genie to grant wishes for you!

Other tips:

• Test the extension. Try navigating to a givebacks merchant like yankeecandle.com. The extension should fire and you will see a pop up at the top of your screen prompting you to activate it.
• Activate & Earn! Make sure you activate the offer when you see the pop-up (usually when you first start your shopping trip!). If you make an eligible purchase, your cashback will be automatically attributed. If you end up not making a purchase, no worries! Just make sure you activate the offer the next time you see it (it won’t stay active for more than a few hours).
