Members can view their membership cards in the Givebacks app, and admins can view and access them under Memberships > Manage Members. When memberships are purchased through the online store, members receive an electronic receipt with a link to download their card.
How Can Admins Access Membership Cards?
1. Go to the Memberships > Manage Members.
2. Find the member in the list.
3. Click the three dots at the end of the row. Select View Membership Card.
4. The card will open in a pop-up window. Click the Download Card button below the image of the card.
5. The card then opens in a new tab. From there, you can use the browser print option to print the card.
6. To email the card, you can send the URL to the member.
