What if I entered the wrong email address for a PTA member?

Note: you can do this only if the wrong email address hasn't been confirmed by anyone.

  1. Click Contacts under Your tools on the left menu and then choose the Manage Contacts button  


2. Select the 3 dots next to the contact you wish to change

3. Click on View Profile 


4. Click Edit on the profile and see if you can adjust the email in the email box.

If you can't update the email address- Contact Support and include the users name and email address you need to change, as well as what you need to change it to.
