From time to time you might realize you need a refund for a purchase made with your organization. Please reach out to your organization for assistance. Only your organization can refund an order for you.
How to request a refund from your organization
1. To request a refund from your organization, please go back to your organization's online store where you originally made your purchase. Click on the Contact Store Admin link on the left, to reach out to them.
2. Complete the form and click Contact.
If you do not know what your organization store link is, please contact us at Givebacks Support. Please provide the organization's name, city, and state and we can help direct you.
