Mandatory Password Reset - June 5th, 2023.

For your first time logging in after June 5th, 2023, you will need to reset your password. You will see a banner at the top of the login page asking you to do so. Simply click the I forgot my password link and follow the prompts.

Invalid Email/Password Error

You will see this if you have not yet reset your password since the June 5th, 2023 password update. Please click the I forgot my password link on the login page, or follow the steps below.

1. Visit app.memberhub.com and click I forgot my password

2. Enter your email address in the box and click Send Instructions.

3. Check your email. We emailed you a link to click to change your password. Click on the change my password link.

4. Enter your new password as you want it to be twice in the boxes on your screen then click Reset your Password.

5. Login with your new password. You are all set!
