How can I reset my password?

From time to time you might find yourself in a position where you wish to change your password on Shop to Give. There are 2 ways to change your password: Using the reset password link on givebacks.com and resetting it from inside your profile > password reset option.

Reset your password

Using the Reset Password Link

Follow these steps to reset your password using the password reset link.

1. Click Sign in on the top right then click I forgot my password link

2. Fill in your email in the pop-up box and click the Send Password Reset Link button.  

3. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password. Click Okay.

4. Check your email for the link to reset your password.

Resetting your Password from Within Shop to Give on the Web

Follow these steps to reset your password from within your profile on Shop to Give on the web.

1. Log in at app.givebacks.com and click your profile icon at the top right. 

2. Choose My Profile from the drop-down list.

3. Select Change My Password from under profile settings.

4. Enter your current password, then new password twice and choose done.

5. Your password has been changed. You can now log in with the new password you created.
