How can I reset my user password?

There are 2 ways to change your password: Using the reset password link on givebacks.com and resetting it from inside your profile using the password reset option.

Resetting your password

Using the Reset Password Link

1. Go to givebacks.com/home or the app and click Sign In. Then click the Forgot password? link.

2. Enter your email in the pop-up box and click the Send Password Reset Link button.  

3. Check your email for the link to reset your password.

From Within Your Profile in the App or the Web

1. Go to givebacks.com/home or the app and Sign In.

2. Click on the menu icon in the top right of the screen and select Profile.

3. Select Change Password from under Profile Settings.

4. Enter your current password, then a new password twice, and click Save Password.

5. Your password has been changed. You can now log in with the new password you created.
