How do I update the name on my account?

Have you had a change in your name or would you like to change the name on your Shop to Give account? Simply go to your profile and click edit info next to your name.

Updating your name

1. Go to www.givebacks.com/offers or the app and Sign in.

2. Click on the menu icon in the top right of the screen and select My Profile.

3. Next to your name, click Edit Info.

4. In the pop-up box adjust the first and last name fields as needed.

5. Click Save.

6. All Set! The name on your account has been changed.
