Why is my cashback no longer in my wallet?

Have you recently logged into Shop to Give and realized your hard-earned cashback has vanished? There are a few common reasons why your cashback might no longer be in your wallet. These include offers not earning as you expected and your cashback already being withdrawn or donated. The links below will give you more details on each scenario.

Your purchase didn't yield the cashback you were expecting

Within Shop to Give, there are a few common reasons why you may not have earned the cashback you were expecting on a purchase. These can include things like:

  • Not claiming an offer - For in-store or local dining offers, you must claim the offer you wish to use before checking out. For online purchases made with the Chrome extension installed, the extension will remind you of eligible offers on items you browse. You can learn more about claiming offers here: How do I earn cashback while shopping online?
  • An issue with the offer - Sometimes, an offer expires after you claim it but before you redeem it. You can learn more about expired offers here: Why didn't I earn cashback.

You already have withdrawn your cashback

We are all guilty of being forgetful sometimes. Did you already withdraw your cashback?

You can check your activity log within Shop to Give to see if your cashback has been withdrawn. To do this, go to your profile at the top right, select wallet, and scroll down to the bottom.

You have chosen to donate your cashback automatically

Perhaps at one point you set your account to automatically give your cashback to your cause once it has been earned, without any further action required on your behalf.
