Have you recently logged into Shop to Give to realize your hard-earned cashback has vanished? There are a few common reasons why your cashback might no longer be in your wallet. These include offers not earning as you expected and your cashback already being withdrawn or donated. These links below will give you more details on each scenario.

Your purchase didn't yield the cashback you were expecting
Within Shop to Give, there are a few common reasons why you may not have earned the cashback you were expecting on a purchase. These can include things like:
- Not claiming an offer - For in-store or local dining offers, you must claim the offer you wish to use in advance of checking out. For online purchases made with the Chrome extension installed, the Genie will remind you of eligible offers on items you are browsing. - An issue with the offer - Sometimes an offer is expired before you redeem it after it gets claimed. You can learn more about expired offers here: Why didn't I earn cashback
You already have withdrawn your cashback
We are all guilty of being forgetful sometimes. Is it possible you might have withdrawn your cashback already?
The easiest thing to do is to look at your activity log within Shop to Give. From there you can see if your cashback has been withdrawn. To do this go to your profile at the top right > wallet and scroll down to the bottom.
You have chosen to automatically donate your cashback
Perhaps at one point you asked the Genie to automatically give your cashback to your cause once it has been earned, without any further action required on your behalf.
You can also check this by following these steps to view your wallet or by following these steps:
1. Log in to www.givebacks.com
2. Click the profile icon at the top right > Wallet.
3. Look for the option at the top that says Automatically Donate all Cashback.
If you are donating all of your cashback and you would like to change your mind and stop automatically donating your cashback, just unclick the automatically donate all cashback bubble on your wallet as pictured above and your cashback will stay in your Shop to Give account until you log in again to Withdraw or Donate it.
