Why can't I see the browser extension on the top right of my browser?

Is the Shop to Give extension hiding from the toolbar of your browser? It may be un-pinned and you can resolve this by clicking on the puzzle piece and pinning it.

You should be able to see a gray GB on the extensions section of your browser bar. (top right)

If you can not, check to make sure that the extension is pinned. Click on the puzzle piece. 

On the drop down list that appears, make sure the Shop to Give extension is pinned or click the thumbtack icon to pin it.

 You will see the Genie is now pinned to the top right of your browser.
