Currently, Shop to Give works with the browsers Chrome and Safari on the web. Sometimes your browser may be configured in a way that it does not allow cookies. Cookies are how the Genie is able to work his magic and send you and your cause your cashback. Follow these steps to allow cookies on your Chrome or Safari browser.
Chrome
1. Click on the 3 dots on the upper right in your Chrome browser and choose Settings.
3. Search "cache" at the top and look for the Cookies and other site data section.
4. Scroll down. Under the Sites then can always use cookies section on the bottom, choose Add.
6. Enter www.givebacks.com on the pop-up and click Add.
7. You are all set! Shop to Give is now allowed to use your cookies on Chrome.
Safari
1. Under Safari choose preferences
2. Choose the privacy tab on the top
3. Under the section for Cookies and Website data, make sure the box for block all cookies is unchecked or uncheck it if it is.
4. You are all set and Shop to Give now has access to your cookies.
