To manage your cause on Shop to Give visit https://causes.givebacks.com and click Log In. The following steps are for Admins who have already claimed their organization on Shop to Give and need further assistance. If you need to claim your cause you can follow these steps instead.
First, are you a MemberHub Admin or are you an officer of an organization not on already utilizing a MemberHub site?
- I am an Admin on MemberHub
- Our Organization does not use MemberHub - We are a Cause on Shop to Give only.
I am an Admin on MemberHub
1. Navigate to causes.givebacks.com and click the Log In option on the top right.
2. Choose the Log in with MemberHub button.
3. Enter your MemberHub email and password on the pop up.
Voila! You are now logged into Shop to Give. The page you land on will look like this. Admin on multiple organizations? No problem. Switch your cause from the drop down at the top.
Our Organization does not use MemberHub - We are a Cause on Shop to Give only.
1. Navigate to causes.givebacks.com and click the Log In option on the top right
2. Enter your email and password and click Log In.
Voila! You are now logged into Shop to Give. The page you land on will look like this. If you are on an officer on multiple organizations- No problem. Switch your cause from the drop down at the top.
