I forgot my password...what do I do?

Forgot your Password? No worries!

Just follow these steps:

1. First, navigate to app.memberhub.com/login and click the "Reset Password" link

2. Enter your primary email for Givebacks (Formerly MemberHub) (which is also your username to log in) and click the blue "Send Instructions" button. This is to verify that you own this address.

3. You will be sent an email with a link prompting you to change your password. Click the link and follow the steps. Once that is done, you can log in as normal with your new password.
