How to Increase Membership by Enabling the Members Only Directory

What is the Members Only Directory?

You can change your settings to allow only current-year PTA members to access your school directory. When non-members try to access the directory, they'll be prompted to join the PTA.  One-click takes them to your Store, where they can buy a membership! 

Turn on the Members Only Directory

1. Make sure your Store is active.

When non-members try to access your organization’s Directory, they’ll be prompted to purchase a membership from your Store. Follow these steps to get started in your Givebacks (formerly MemberHub) store.

2. Visit the Directory and click the gear to change the Directory settings.

Under visibility choose the 3rd option “Allow only current school year PTA members and Organization Admins to view the Directory.”
