How to format images for your campaign banner

Learn how to size and format the images you upload to your campaign banner.

When uploading an image to your campaign banner, you’ll find that there are recommended sizes to ensure visual quality. These recommendations depend on which design option you selected in setup. 

  • Simple design option: 1920 pixels wide by 1280 pixels high (1920×1280)
  • Advanced design option: 1920 pixels wide by 840 pixels high (1920×840)

Uploading an image in the recommended size for your chosen design option will ensure a high-quality image on whatever device size your donors use.
