3. Be responsive to your donors

Be sure to reply so you don’t miss out on any inquiries regarding donations or other important matters.

4. Draw your winner(s) and notify them

Givebacks offers two options for drawing winners: automatic (we draw winners for you) and manual (you draw winners yourself). If you didn't select the option to draw and notify winners automatically, you may need to take additional steps to determine winners.

5. Deliver your prize(s)

When the sweepstakes experience is finished, you’ll need to retrieve winners’ delivery information so you can send out prizes. We’ve made it easy to access and export a list of entrants with all the contact information you’ll need to fulfill deliveries.
