Peer-to-Peer Reports

When you run a fundraiser with peer-to-peer fundraising, you will have access to several specific reports. These include:

• View Participants
• View Teams
• View Prize Winners.

You can access these reports by clicking the icons in your management menu shown below.

This article will share the purpose and practical use of each report and what information it contains.

View Participants

The report generated when you click “View Participants” allows you to access information about every participant who signed up for the experience.  The information contained in this report includes:

• Participant name
• Participant contact information
• Team participant is on (if applicable)
• Amount of registration (if applicable)
• Registration type
• Fundraising goal (if applicable)
• Link to participant fundraising page

Many organizations use this report as a reference for every experience participant. It can also be used to identify the individuals with the highest fundraising goals and top fundraisers. This report provides an easy way to access the contact information of every participant.  

View Teams

The report generated when you click “View Teams” allows you to access information about every team signed up for the experience.  The information contained in this report includes:

• Team name
• Amount of registration (if applicable)
• Team contact information
• Team description
• Registration date
• Fundraising goal
• Team registration title
• Team registration price
• Team sharing link

Many organizations use this report as a reference for every team participating in the experience. It can also be used to identify the teams with the highest fundraising goals and top fundraisers. This report provides an easy way to access the contact information of every team. 

View prize winners

The report generated when you click “View Prize Winners” allows you to access information about every individual who won a prize in your experience for their fundraising efforts.  The information contained in this report includes:

• Participant name
• Participant email
• Team participant is on (if applicable)
• Prize won
• Amount raised
