In addition to the reports shown above, organizations can view and export a list of donations and donor information under the View Donations tab.

View Auction Bids

Export Bids

When you click “View Auction Bids,” the report generated allows you to access information about each individual bid made in the auction. The information included in this report includes:

• Bidder name
• Bidder contact information
• Item bid on
• Bid amountMax bid – if a proxy auction
• Date and time of bid

Many organizations use this report to run analytics on items like which items had the most bids, which days of the week were most popular for bidding, and when bidders were most active. This information can help them run more effective auctions in the future.

Export Items

The report generated when you click “Export Items” allows you to access information about each item listed in the auction. The information included in this report includes:

• ItemStarting bid
• Bid increment
• Current bid
• Sharing link
• Fair market value
• Item description

Many organizations use this report to run analytics on average starting bids and highest bids across the auction. This information can help them run more effective auctions in the future. This report can also create a list of all auction item descriptions and sharing links to include in marketing emails or create QR codes. This spreadsheet can also be used for future auctions containing the same items.

Experience organizers will notice an item number listed for each item on this report. The item number is system-generated and allows organizers to quickly identify items, mainly if several similar items are within the same auction.

View Auction Winners

The report generated when you click “View Auction Winners” allows you to access information about each individual who won an auction item. The information contained in this report includes:

• Winner’s Name
• Item won
• Amount paid
• Address
• Item description

Many organizations use this report to import a spreadsheet of their winners into an email marketing tool that will alert them to future news, events, and opportunities to give. This contact list also aids in prize fulfillment.

This report differs from the View Donations export in several ways. This report is specific to auction winners and items won, while the view donations export is more focused on the donation in the context of the fundraiser as a whole.
