Running reports on your experience can provide important insights and help you capture information that you’ll use in the future. Givebacks (formerly MemberHub) provides reports for every experience type. This article will explain how to access experience reports and the data contained within these reports.
All reports are exported into an Excel file and can be customized and saved. You can export reports during and after a experience, and there is no limit to the number of times a report can be exported. All exports are sent to the email address associated with your Givebacks account.
How do I get a report on my donations and donors?
Givebacks has made it easy to export a report containing donor and donation information for each experience. The exported report on the View Donations* button is where you’ll find a list of donors and donations, complete with more detailed information (including email addresses, ticket numbers, custom field responses, mailing address, fees, and so forth).
