How do I message only active Members?

If you want to send a newsletter, message, or event invitation to only current-year members, you can easily do this with the Roles filter when selecting recipients.

Messaging Members

1. Navigate to Newsletters, Messages, or Events. 

2. Under the recipients box, click roles. 

3. Choose Members from the list and click Done.

This communication will go to all your members who are listed under Members > Manage Members and have a valid email address.
