How to Customize my Givebacks (formerly MemberHub) Store receipt

If you would like to customize the receipt that your shopper receive from your Givebacks store, you can do so in your store settings.  

Choose Store Management > Edit Store Settings > Post Order Communications. 

Find the Post Order Communications section and click View to edit.  

• If you Select the Display a custom message checkbox, you will also have the option to Display your Organization's EIN in the receipt.  
• Click save to update your settings.  

Additionally, if one is available, you're organization logo will be displayed in the receipt.  Follow this guide to add your Logo.  Editing your Logo and Branding in Your MemberHub Store
