Update the name on your account

Have you had a change in your name or would you like to change the name on your Givebacks account? Simply go to your profile and click edit info next to your name.

Update your name

Follow these steps to change your name on your Givebacks account.

1. Go to www.givebacks.com or to the app and Sign in.

2. Navigate to your profile icon at the top right 

3. Choose My Profile from the drop-down list.

4. At the top of the screen next to your profile icon and name, click Edit Info.

5. Adjust the first and last name fields in the box on the pop up to your new/updated name.

6. Click Save Info.

7. All Set! The Genie has changed your name on your account for you across your account on all devices.
