Why can't I see the Browser Extension in the browser bar

Is the Genie hiding from your tool bar of your browser? 

You should be able to see a gray GB on the extensions section of your browser bar. (top right)

If you can not, check to make sure that the Giveback Genie extension is pinned. Click on the puzzle piece.

On the drop down list that appears, make sure the Givebacks Genie is pinned, or click the thumbtack icon to pin it.

Voila! Just like magic, you will see the Genie is now pinned to the top right of your browser.
