How do I message my backers to support my cause?

Thanking your backers or reminding them to claim offers - there are so many reasons to message your backers. Just export your backers from your backer tracker and import them into your favorite newsletter tool - such as MemberHub communications. Don't forget to grab your cause page link from your promotion center to include in the communication.

Below are some tips and tricks to make messaging your backers easy.

1. Visit your Backer Tracker page on causes.givebacks.com and click the export button to export your list. You can then copy your emails and put them into your newsletter tool, such as Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.

Pro Tip: If you are an organization who uses MemberHub, you can put your backers into MemberHub with a contact import to use the quick messaging or newsletter feature to message your backers. 

2. Visit your Promotion Center and copy your cause page link or QR code. This is good to include in any messages as it's the link that takes your backers directly to your cause page. Click the blue link button next to your cause page or the blue QR button for a QR code.
