How do I order a credit card reader?

Ready to take in-person payments by credit card? You can order your reader directly through Givebacks. Go to Store Management, then select Mobile POS. Click Order a Stripe Reader.

Choose the number of readers you want and complete the form. Click Place Order. Readers cost $63.72 plus $13 shipping for a total of $76.72.

Good to Know: 

• The Givebacks POS app is needed to take payments with your Stripe reader and have the connection to your Givebacks Store and Stripe account.
• The Givebacks POS app is only available on Apple devices at this time, preferably iPhones over iPads. 
• You will need to have your Stripe account set up before you can order your credit card reader. For more information see How do I set up Stripe to take payments with Givebacks?
• You will receive shipping information after placing your order, but the readers typically arrive within a week.
• The Givebacks POS app is designed to work with BBPOS Chipper 2X BT or Stripe Reader M2. Before January 2022, we shipped BBPOS Chipper 2X BT. New orders will receive Stripe Reader M2.
