Ordering your Reader
Ready to take in-person payments by credit card? You can order your reader directly through Givebacks. Visit your Givebacks Store Management on the left > then click Edit Store Settings. Click Order a Stripe Reader towards the middle of the page, under the box with your Stripe account details.
This will take you to a form. choose your quantity of readers, and fill in the form. Click Order on the bottom left of the form. Readers cost $67 with shipping.
Good to Know:
- You will need to have your Stripe account set up before you can order your Credit Card Reader. You can find the steps to set up your Stripe account here.
- You will receive shipping information after your order, but the readers typically arrive within a week.
- Givebacks POS (formerly MemberHub Pay) is designed to work with BBPOS Chipper 2X BT or Stripe Reader M2. Prior to January 2022, we shipped BBPOS Chipper 2X BT. New orders will receive Stripe Reader M2.
