Can I purchase items from multiple organizations?

Yes, you can make purchases from multiple organizations through the Givebacks app.

First, find your organizations and follow them. On the organization's landing page, click the Store tab to browse each store. Add items from multiple organizations to your cart and complete a single checkout.
