Are there Fees for using the Givebacks store?
Givebacks charges a small processing fee for each transaction. Your organization decides who pays the fee - the payor or the organization. If there are fees, you will see them added to your total in your shopping cart.
Who can I ask questions about my orders or items in the store?
If you have a question about an item purchased in a Givebacks store, please contact the organization where you purchased it. You’ll see a Contact Store Admin link in the online store and a Contact Seller link in the app, where you can easily send a message.
How do I request a refund?
All refunds are handled in accordance with the organization’s refund policy. You may contact your organization's administrators to request a refund. Click Contact Store Admin in the online store or Contact Seller in the app, and provide any helpful information to request your refund.
If you are unable to reach the organization administrators, you may contact Givebacks Support to request assistance. Givebacks may attempt to resolve the issue, but has no obligation to provide refunds or become involved with any dispute between an organization and a customer.
How to Resolve Unrecognized Charges
If you detect an unfamiliar Givebacks charge, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Record the transaction date(s) and amount(s) from your statement.
Gather the last four digits of the card used.
Submit a support request to Givebacks with these details to trace the charge's origin. Accurate details will help the support team address the issue promptly.
Can I pay on my mobile phone?
Download the Givebacks app for easy and quick access to your organizations, their stores, and their fundraisers. Purchases and donations can be made directly from your mobile device through the app.
The Givebacks store website is mobile-friendly. You can easily pay in your favorite browser.
How can I confirm my payment was successful?
You will receive confirmation of your purchase in three ways:
There will be an on-screen confirmation after checkout.
A receipt will be emailed shortly after checkout. If you don't see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
You can also find your purchase history in the Givebacks app. From here, you can even resend your receipt.
You may also check with your organization administrators to confirm that the order was placed successfully.
Questions about orders and refunds are best answered by the organization from which you purchased the item. If you still need assistance, please contact Givebacks Support.
