How can I request a refund of a store purchase or donation?

From time to time, you might realize you need a refund for a purchase made with your organization. Please reach out to your organization for assistance. Only your organization can refund an order for you.

Refunds are managed directly by the organization where the purchase was made, whether it pertains to general purchases, events, or tickets. Givebacks does not handle refunds directly.

How to request a refund from your organization

1. To request a refund from your organization, please go back to the online store where you originally made your purchase. Click on the Contact Store Admin link on the left to reach out to them.

This step ensures your request is directed to the appropriate team for faster resolution.

2. Complete the form and click Contact.

If you do not know your organization's store link, please contact Givebacks Support. Provide the organization's name, city, and state, and we can help direct you.

Ensure you provide the full name of the organization, along with the city and state they are located in, for accurate assistance.
