From time to time, you might realize you need a refund for a purchase made with your organization. Please reach out to your organization for assistance. Only your organization can refund an order for you.
Refunds are managed directly by the organization where the purchase was made, whether for general purchases, events, or tickets. Givebacks does not handle refunds directly.
Note: For purchases where Rewards are applied, refunds will be issued solely in the form of Rewards for the full value of the transaction and will not be credited back to the original payment method.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund from your organization, please go back to the store where you originally made your purchase.
From the online store, click on the Contact Seller link on the left to reach out to them.
If you are in the Givebacks app, navigate to your organization. Click the three dots in the banner and select Contact Seller.
This step ensures your request is directed to the appropriate team for faster resolution.
Complete the form and click Send.
If you do not know your organization's store link, please contact Givebacks Support. Provide the organization's name, city, and state, and we can help direct you.
