How do I contact the seller with questions about my order?

Do you have a question about your order? Do you need a refund? Please contact the organization you purchased from. While your purchase was made through Givebacks, the online store is managed by your local organization, and the funds are sent directly to them.

Note: For purchases where Rewards are applied, refunds will be issued solely in the form of Rewards for the full value of the transaction and will not be credited back to the original payment method.

Contact the seller through the Givebacks app

If you have a question about your order, locate your order in the Givebacks app or online at giveback.com/home.

  1. From the Home screen, click on the Account button.

  2. Click the Purchases button.

  3. Click on the order.

  4. Click the Contact Seller button.

  5. Add your message to the organization and click Send.

Contact the seller from the organization page

  1. From the Home page of the app, select the appropriate organization.

  2. Click the three dots in the top banner and select Contact Seller.

  3. Add your message to the organization and click Send.

Contact the seller from the online store

  1. Navigate to the organization's online store and click the Contact Seller link at the bottom of the toolbar.

  2. Type a message to the seller. Click Send.
