Navigation in the Givebacks app allows users to view receipts, confirm purchases, and access donation history for various organizations. Additionally, you can access these features either through the app or via the web interface by visiting givebacks.com/login.
Ensure you are using the correct email address associated with your purchases or memberships to access accurate records. Additionally, if you are an admin, log in to your personal Givebacks account rather than the admin side to view personal purchase history.
Viewing purchase history
In the Givebacks app, select Account.
Click the Purchases button.
Use the Filter icon to filter your purchases by Year or Cause. Click Apply Filters.
Click an individual purchase to view the purchase details. Click Send Receipt to email the receipt to yourself.
Steps to View Memberships
Sign in to your Givebacks account using the email address used at checkout or during membership registration.
Navigate to the Memberships section of your account.
Review the details of your memberships, including any associated orders or membership year options.
