How do I unsubscribe from receiving messages?

If you are a contact in a Givebacks organization, you may receive messages or newsletters from them. You may click the unsubscribe link in the email or newsletter if you don't wish to receive messages from that organization. You can also manage your subscription status for messages in your profile in the Givebacks app.

To ensure desired emails reach you, add no-reply@user.givebacks.com to your contact list and whitelist the domains [givebacks.com](https://givebacks.com) and [user.givebacks.com](https://user.givebacks.com) in your email provider settings.

Managing subscriptions

  1. Log in to the Givebacks app or at givebacks.com/home.

  2. Click the menu in the upper right corner and select Profile.

  3. Click Manage Communications Lists.

  4. Click on the organization.

  5. Click Unsubscribe from All to be removed from all communication. As an alternative, you can add or remove yourself from specific Lists.

Good to know:

  • You may also use the Unsubscribe link that is included in messages.

  • Organization admins cannot adjust your subscription settings.- To ensure important messages are not misclassified, check your spam or junk folder regularly.

  • Consider whitelisting email domains [givebacks.com](https://givebacks.com) and [user.givebacks.com](https://user.givebacks.com) in your email provider to prevent their messages from being blocked.
