How do I join a list?

A list is a way to group contacts, allowing communication to be targeted to the appropriate recipients. Admins determine the visibility of lists. Contacts can view available lists within the Givebacks app under the Profile.

Joining a List

  1. Log in to the Givebacks app.

  2. Click on the three-line menu in the upper right-hand corner and select Profile.

  3. Click Manage Communications Links.

  4. Select the organization. The list will show all organizations you have marked as a favorite.

  5. Turn on the switch for each list you wish to join. You can also select Unsubscribe from all.
