A list is a way to group contacts whom you want to message easily. Contacts in a Givebacks site can be assigned to as many lists as you want. List settings can allow contacts to view lists and join or request to join lists.
Contact can choose Lists to join within the Givebacks app. Click on the profile icon, Manage Communication Lists, select your organization, and select the lists to join. Admins may also add contacts to lists.
There are two types of lists:
Manual List - A fixed set of contacts that only updates when manually edited. You can add people or allow join requests.
Dynamic List - Automatically updates based on set filters, keeping contacts relevant without manual edits.
