The profile page provides detailed information on a specific contact. Admins can access a contact's profile by clicking on the name in the contacts table.
Profile Header
The profile header provides the following:
Account created? - A blue circle with a white check mark next to the name indicates the contact has created a Givebacks account with a login and password. Only the contact will be able to edit the basic information.
Email and Text status
Opted In - The contact has been added to the contact table by an admin, by purchasing a membership, opted into communications through the Givebacks app, or joined through a Site Joins request.
Pending - The contact was added to the table indirectly by purchasing an item in the online store or making a donation.
Sign-in method - If a sign-in has been created, the method used to log in will be listed. e.g., Email and Password, Google, Apple.
Remove from Organization - Click this button to remove the contact from the organization's database.
Add to List - Use this button to add the contact to any existing lists.
Supporter Info
The Supporter tab of the profile contains:
Basic Information - The contact's name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. Admins can edit these fields, except for the email address, if the contact has not claimed their account by creating a sign-in and password. Contact Givebacks Support if you need to update the email address.
Custom Properties - Admins can update the property fields. Contacts can update this information through their profile by logging in at npo.givebacks.com.
Purchases
The Purchases tab lists all purchases made by the contact. Purchases can be filtered and marked as fulfilled.
Families
The Families tab contains the family information, if set up by the contact. Click the arrow to view and edit the family details. Click the Add Family button to create a family and add family members.
