Effective contact management is crucial to the success of every organization. Givebacks' Contacts module allows you to manage your supporters, including all your members, customers, donors, and other contacts. You can also create properties to track specific details about your contacts and lists for targeted communication.
There are three sections in the Contact module:

You can filter your list by name, email, email status, membership status, lists, whether the contact made a purchase or donation this year, and properties.
Export
Your complete or filtered Contact list can be exported to a .csv file for use offline.
Properties
You can use properties to keep track of additional information about the people involved in your organization. For example, ask people to record if they are interested in volunteering. Administrators can also record information, such as designating individuals who do not wish to be contacted.
Lists
Admins can create lists to group contacts together. Lists can then be used to send targeted communications.
There are two types of lists:
Manual - A fixed set of contacts that only updates when manually edited. You can add people or allow join requests.
Dynamic - A set of contacts that automatically updates based on set filters, keeping contacts relevant without manual edits.
