Understanding the app Account page

The Account page houses your credit cards, event tickets, membership cards, Giveback Rewards balances and earnings, and purchase records. You can also update your profile and account settings on this page.

Purchases

Click the Purchases button to see a listing of your orders. Click an order to view the receipt and resend it to your email address. You can also Filter orders by Year and Cause.

Tickets

Click the Tickets button to see the event tickets you have purchased. Click on the ticket to view the ticket details and show your QR code for quick event check-in. (Your organization must be using the new integrated Ticketed Events tool for this feature to be enabled.)

Membership Cards

Click the Membership button to see your current year memberships. For PTA memberships, click on a membership to open the full card. Click the View Expired link to view cards from previous years.

Rewards Balance and Activity

Click the Available Balance link to view your pending and available Rewards balances. You can also Make a Donation to an organization or Transfer Available Balance to yourself via PayPal, Venmo, or a Bank Account.

Click the Rewards Activity to see your Givebacks Rewards earnings by merchant.

Cards On File

This section houses the credit cards that are saved and linked to your account. Linked cards are used to earn cashback through the Givebacks Rewards program and speed up checkout when purchasing from your organization's online store. Click Add Card to link more credit cards.

Profile

In the Profile section, you can Edit Profile (name, email, address, and image) or Change Password.

Select Orgs & Communications to view and update your subscription status for organizations you follow.

There are quick links for help articles, connecting with Givebacks support, and leaving product feedback.
