The Student Profile contains a detailed list of an individual's fees and the status of payments.
Viewing the Student Profile
From the toolbar, go to Fee Management, then select Student Roster.
Click on the student's name to open the profile. Use the search box to locate the desired student.
The profile contains the student ID, a guardian's email, and the fee balance. Admins can use the Send Reminder link to send an email to notify the guardians of the outstanding balance. Admins can search and filter based on available fields and assign fees directly from this page. There are also tabs for Assigned Fees, Groups, Student Information, and Guardian Accounts.
Assigned Fee
This page provides a detailed list of all fees assigned to the student. The payment status (Paid, Unpaid, Past Due), amount paid, and date paid are included.
Admins can enter a manual payment, waive a fee, and unassign a fee.
Groups
The Groups tab shows all the groups the student is a part of. The Groups feature allows admins to create and manage groups of students based on shared criteria, streamlining fee assignment at scale. Instead of assigning fees manually to individual students, admins can define dynamic student groups using filters such as school, grade, class, enrollment status, or other attributes, and apply fees directly to those groups.
Groups are dynamic and update automatically based on the selected criteria. Admins can also manually add or remove students when needed. All active fees assigned to a group automatically appear in each student’s profile, significantly reducing time spent on repetitive fee assignments.
Admins can add a student to new groups with the Add to Group button.
Student Information
The Student Information page displays core SIS data. This includes First/Last Name, Student ID, and any additional imported fields.

Guardian Accounts
The Guardian Accounts page lists all associated guardians along with their name, email, and sometimes phone number. Guardian information is pulled automatically from SIS.
Admins can manually manage guardians:
Click the Add User button to add a new guardian. The guardians will see the student and associated fees in the app.
Click the three dots next to the guardian to Edit, Remove, or Block a guardian.
Note: When a fee is published or a reminder is sent, all associated guardians receive an email notification prompting them to log in and pay, if notifications are turned on.
