How do I manage guardians for student fees?

Guardian data is uploaded directly from SIS but can be adjusted manually. Admins can add, edit, remove, and block guardians from the student profile.

Accessing the Student Profile

  1. From the toolbar, go to Fee Management, then select Student Roster.

  2. Click on the student's name to open the profile. Use the search box to locate the desired student.

  3. Click the Guardian Accounts tab to view all the associated guardians.

Guardian Accounts

The Guardian Accounts page lists all associated guardians along with their name, email, and sometimes phone number. Guardian information is pulled automatically from SIS. Admins can manually manage guardians.

Note: When a fee is published or a reminder is sent, and notifications are turned on, all associated guardians receive an email notification prompting them to log in and pay.

Add New Guardian

  1. Click the Add User button to add a new guardian.

  2. Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email.

  3. Click Add User.

    Note: The guardians will see the student and associated fees when they log in to the app.

Edit a Guardian

  1. Click the three dots next to the guardian.

  2. Select Edit Profile.

  3. Edit the name or email address.

  4. Click Save.

Remove a Guardian

Removing a guardian detaches the guardian from the student. They can be re-added later.

  1. Click the three dots next to the guardian.

  2. Select Remove.

  3. Click Remove to confirm your selection.

Blocking a Guardian

Blocking a guardian prevents the guardian from re-linking to the student, even if re-invited. Blocked guardians can be unblocked.

  1. Click the three dots next to the guardian.

  2. Select Block.

  3. Click Block.

Unblocking a Guardian

Unblocking a guardian will restore them as a guardian on the account. They will be able to view associated students and fees in the app.

  1. Click the three dots next to the guardian.

  2. Select Unblock.

  3. Click Unblock.
