After creating and assigning fees, you can adjust assignments to add or remove students. Fees can be assigned on the Fees page. Fees can be assigned and unassigned in the student profile.
Adjusting assignments from the assignment table
From the toolbar, go to Financial Management, then Fees.
Click on the desired fee to open the assignment page, or click the three dots next to the fee and select View Assignments.
Click Assign Fee.
Click in the search box to find and select students to assign the fee to. Click Assign Fee.
Adjusting assignments from the student profile
From the toolbar, go to Fee Management, then Student Roster. Search for the desired student.
Click on the student name to open the profile.
Click Assign Fee.
Click in the search field to select the fees to be assigned to this student.
To unassign a fee, click the three dots next to the fee and select Unassign Fee.
