The Student Roster page provides a read-only list of all students associated with a given school or district. It is powered entirely by the daily SIS (Student Information System) sync, ensuring the data stays accurate and up-to-date.
Roster Access & Scope
District Admins can view every student across the district.
School Admins can only see students within their individual school.
All student data is sourced directly from the SIS and cannot be manually edited or exported.
Viewing the Student Roster
To view the student roster, select Fee Management from the toolbar. Then select Student Roster.
The table includes student name, ID, school building name, and any additional data provided via SIS (e.g., Grade, Homeroom Teacher).
Use the checkboxes along with the Action button to Assign Fee or Add to Group.
View Student Profile
Click on the student's name to view their profile. On the profile, you can view contact information, send reminders, and assign fees. Separate tabs allow you to view details on assigned fees, groups, student information, and guardian accounts.
