If you no longer wish to receive communications from an organization, you can adjust your subscriptions from your profile in the Givebacks app. From the menu, select Profile, then Manage Communication Lists.
Unsubscribe from a List
Log in to the Givebacks app or at givebacks.com/home.
Click on the three-line menu in the upper right-hand corner and select Profile.
Click Manage Communications Links.
Select the organization. The list will show all organizations you have marked as a favorite.
For any List you want to leave, slide the switch to the left to turn it off.
Removing yourself from an organization
Log in to the Givebacks app or givebacks.com/home.
Click on the three-line menu in the upper right-hand corner and select Profile.
Click Manage Communications Links.
Select the organization. The list will show all organizations you have marked as a favorite.
Click the Unsubscribe from All button.
