There are two types of lists: Manual and Dynamic. Manual lists are used when you have a static list of contacts that will be edited as needed by an admin.
Dynamic lists are created by using filters or criteria and are updated automatically, keeping the list relevant without manual edits. For more information on creating dynamic lists, see How do I create dynamic lists?
Adding Contacts to a Manual List
From the List table, click the three dots next to the desired list and select View List Contacts.
Click the Add Contacts button.
There are three ways to add contacts here.
Add Existing Contacts - You can choose existing contacts from a list.
Add New Contact - You can add new contacts that aren't already in your database. Enter the contact's information. You can also notify this contact via email that they have been added to this list and send a personal message.
Upload New from CSV - You can import a list of contacts from a .csv file. Download the Sample Contacts CSV Template, enter the contact data, and upload the file.
