If you need to update the name or email address on a store-purchased membership, please contact Givebacks Support. Admins cannot edit this information, but we are happy to help you. Please send us the membership data as it is currently on the membership, and the correct information. If encountering recognition errors, ensure the purchased item is a membership and not a store product.
To update a manually entered membership, void the membership and re-enter it with the correct information. Go to Memberships, then Members. Locate the membership in the list of Members and click the three dots at the end of the row for that membership. Click Void Membership. In the confirmation box, click Void Membership. Ensure that you provide complete and accurate information when re-entering the membership. Verify the membership product type to check for any required custom fields that might have been omitted during the previous entry.
Note: The member role, the blue star, the membership card, and the dues owed to the state will be removed from the site for that person's profile.

If you are unable to proceed with a membership purchase, verify that the correct membership year is selected from the drop-down menu. Ensure that no other membership for the same period is in the cart, and use a unique email address for the membership, as duplicates cannot share the same email address.
