How do I update the name or email address for a membership?

If you need to update the name or email address on a store-purchased membership, please contact Givebacks Support. Admins cannot edit this information, but we are happy to help you. Please send us the membership data as it is currently on the membership, and the correct information. If encountering recognition errors, ensure the purchased item is a membership and not a store product.

To update a manually entered membership, void the membership and re-enter it with the correct information. Go to Memberships, then Members. Locate the membership in the list of Members and click the three dots at the end of the row for that membership. Click Void Membership. In the confirmation box, click Void Membership. Ensure that you provide complete and accurate information when re-entering the membership.

Membership Access Guidelines

New members do not need to create a separate account to access the Givebacks website. Once membership information has been added, members can log in using the provided email. Membership confirmation emails include detailed instructions for logging in and accessing personalized pages where members can view their purchases and associated causes.

Membership Login Instructions

Members receive confirmation emails with login details. Simply enter the provided email address on the Givebacks website to access personalized membership pages. Use the same email address to log in to the Givebacks app.
